Should there be a tournament

for both English and Scottish teams together? Like the FA Cup but you have all the teams in Scotland in as well. I personally think this would be a really fun idea. In fact you could literally just sack the Carabao Cup and whatever cup they have in Scotland off and just add the Scottish teams to the FA Cup.

What do you think? I think it would be really fun personally.

Imo, the league cup is crap and should be a lot better. Always hoped the Scotish and maybe even some French sides feature in a intercontinental cup.

You can't disrupt the qualifying for fa cup. Every pinpot side the the land can enter and try to get to first round proper. That is the fa cup.

Sacking off the league cup and making a single uk Pro league cup (Welsh, NI, Scottish and English league) might have merit but it'd have to be seeded to have fewer games than that level of clubs would dictate.

Not any club in the Pyramid. Candidates have to meet the FA's eligibility criteria to enter the FA Cup

No, it would have the same or less importance as the league cup. It would only serve to hand a few quid to Scottish teams and the English taxpayer does enough of that!
