If there were any doubts about the icc's lack of interest in test cricket then here is proof of it:

The ICC have oficially warned SLC for the pitch in the first test!!!
As a test cricket fan, I loved watching that game. It was full of highs and lows. I watched good batsmen score runs and some average ones struggle.
In my opinion the 3rd test wicket should have been warned. Flat pitches + ICC stamping their foot on any pitch with help for the bowlers is killing test cricket.
Usually, I can't watch cricket unless India is playing, but this match was so interesting that I actully sat through the whole game.
In someone else's words: "Sometimes, I feel that the ICC doens't want people to watch test cricket"
If there was any doubts about the ICC

Just reading those comments from the ICC made me so angry. Singh_saab I agree that was the only Test Match I made time for and watched live, the other I just caught some highlights here and there.
The 3rd test was so dull, and everything we fans do not want to see from sub.c pitches. The Galle pitch is everything we've been crying out for!

And yet, the 3rd test pitch was fine as far as the ICC are concerened!!! Why can't they see the obvious?

To be fair the ICC was acting on complaints from both the SL and Aussie players.

Cant believe that, yes the totals are low but, as stated above, what match would anyone rather watch?
ps I have a sneaky feeling the Icc was acting on complaints from Aussie and SL batsmen in particular
