A bit off topic, but something related to sports and recovery in general.
Has anybody delved into the world of cold water therapy? I've been doing cold showers for a couple of years and finally bit the bullet and got a "pod" 2 weeks ago.
Really enjoying it so far, seems to be helping in a few areas but mostly mentally. If you've been considering it but haven't yet gone for it I'd really encourage you to do so.

J & B, the home whisky of Justerini and Brooks which I have drunk all my life. Not posh, it's a blend, but really good.

I really like Laphroaig which is completely different, extremely peaty\smoky, but sadly a different price. I buy it when I feeling flush.

At LeClercs J & B is 15 euros.
If I want Laphroaig, not at the supermarket it's around 50 Euros.
