I actually think today will probably be out best performance despite Switzerland being the toughest side we've faced. the change in formation should make us a lot more balanced with Saka hopefully finally giving us some width on the left. Trent in his natural position should also help us progress the ball with a bit more impetus - one of our big problems so far has been that we're so ponderous getting the ball into the final third that it's easy for the opposition to get into their shape

so with all that in mind we'll probably play better and lose

I can't imagine we'd be any worse than the last game but you never know with Southgate. Unlike other tournaments where we reached semis, we're not carrying any real momentum with us. Just shiite performance after shiite performance with a manager who in terms of results is near on relegation form.

Well the talk is Trippier at right wing back apparently, which would be absolutely ridiculous so therefore it will probably happen.
