Solanke to Spurs seems to be getting done, think that’s a good signing for them. Far more dangerous than Richarlison and should work well with Son.
Newcastle getting Guehi is good business too, him and Botman is a solid CB pairing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was surprised to see a few Spurs fans slightly underwhelmed by the prospect of getting Solanke.

He is 26 with one good year at top level football. I can understand their reservations personally.

Depends on the price I guess I’ve not seen anything about the fee.
Toney still being at Brentford to start the season is surprising though.

I've seen 65 million however true that is. He was very good last season but for now it's an anomaly.

True, Toney hasn’t really set the world alight though in terms of goals scored each year other than penalties.

Take penalties out of the equation and Solanke actually has more PL goals. And is a couple of years younger.

Solanke's PL tallies. 1,0,3,6,19.
Remains to be seen if he's developed into a top striker or if last season was an outlier.

Id rather have Toney despite his age, lack of resale value
