Simon Grayson

He's gormless, says stupid things, makes stupid decisions, has signed some of the worst players in our history and got some of the worst results in the our history.

So why on earth is he still in a job, and why are people still falling over themselves to defend him?

We've become a total joke of a club, going from farce to farce.

Jonty - Yes, sorry Frazer Richardson - I am going senile

But not senile enough to agree with Gout. He might enjoy rubbishing whoever happens to be the manager of Leeds United, but I don't like doing it one little bit. That does not make me a Grayson lover, it makes me a Leeds United lover.

I am sorry it surprises Gout that I am reluctant to turn on a manager, he probably does not understand some of us find that difficult. In the case of Macca we had a man who had been an outstanding player and came over with a lot of integrity - so, how odd that I found it hard to conclude he was not the right man for us. In SG's case I apologise unreservedly for not rushing to follow Gout and condemn the only manager that managed to get us out of League 1.

And what a load of tosh about things that make you lose confidence in a manager. Its a cumulative thing, not one thing. The Frazer R thing was the final straw, thats all. If he is doing well at S'ton good luck to him, he was rubbish when he played for us.

And I have not given up on SG, just having real doubts, he could prove all my doubts wrong in the next few months - I hope he does.

How about you Gout, are you hoping we plunge into the relegation slots so you can say you were right all along?

Now..... ask me about Bates, I am a lot clearer on that question

that reminds me... Had we had Eric Lichaj at left back, alex bruce and perhaps sanchez watt in the side earlier on in the season this could very well have steadied the ship somewhat but now i fear that a run of poor results could land us in very hot water. I definately agree with the principle of short term pain leads to long term gain. Look at leceister, they have had a very difficult time early on as we know but now they look to be turning a corner as they begin to gel together. They also have one of leeds most hated players 'steve howard' who is there talisman and can bolster his side when it really matters. Where is our talisman i ask? At least when we had bradley johnson he had some meat on his bones and helped to keep teams away from penetrating our defence. Lets get that tough guy attitude back in the squad and FAST!!

I take it you're referring to me as 'Gout' for comic effect. You must have got really excited when you thought of that.

I wasn't saying that I was surprised that you found it so hard to turn on Macca, I was saying I was surprised that you found it so easy!

I don't rubbish everyone who happens to be Leeds United manager, just the rubbish ones.

I thought Gary McAllister was doing a great job and wanted him to stay.
