On the old 606 the weightlifting boards were decent. Let's do it again!
First question!
How often do you go to the gym and are you in favour of full body or a split.
I used to always do a split but now I am thinking I might stay with full body (I changed gyms after two months of no weights and am now currently doing full body to get back into the swing)

No I'm sorry its a very boring board,so for that reason I'm out!!!!!
I'm bored of the board its so boring I'd rather sit under our stairs.

Just the burden of life!
Serously though ... I try to mix it up in the gym. A couple of weeks full body, then splitting the body over 2 days and even some circuits thrown in there.
I think it works for my body and also helps with the boredom factor.

interesting, what suggests that this will benefit you more than a more traditional work out plan?
