This year's PL is the weakest for a few year's now in my opinion. Who knows, it might turn out to be a great PL this year, but i very much doubt it.

My top 4 in this year's PL, for the semi final's are Taylor, Lewis, Wade and Whitlock.

The only other player who has any chance of being in the top 4 is of course Gary Anderson and i reckon he will just miss out in fifth place. As for the other 3, who do not deserve to be there on any form of merit, will finish in the bottom 3.

Don't see how Barney, Hamilton & Painter can be in it without any real form this year at all. If they wanted a dutchman they could of had Van Gerwen who's young & has bags of potential. Also Hankey, Nicholson or Jenkins could of been selected instead

I can't understand why people are surprised that Barney is in he's still a very popular player and has been in every PL since he switched in 2006 and only once has he failed to make the semis so he has been very consistent in the PL over the years. We all knew there would be wildcards so Barney was always going to get selected his form is patchy to say the least but he's still capable of reaching the semis even now. I'm sure he finished runner up in the PL last season after the 14 group matches so the quality is still there he just hasn't shown it often enough since the PL finished. But as a wildcard there was never the slightest doubt he'd get in as far as i was concerned anyway.

Why isn't Paul Nicholson in the Premier League? It's because Taylor can't handle his mind games.

Jerichoholic, when you play mind games, you're supposed to win the match later on, not get pummelled into the ground by Phil later on

Oh and he is all the way down in 17th place in the World Ranking too

Nicholson is good at saluting and wearing sunglasses....
