Adam Jones - stay or go?

Looks like Adam has a good head on his shoulders. I'd like to see the Ospreys put the money up to keep him for the next 4 years. That said I don't know how much he's asking for.

If the deal goes ahead then it'd be a massive victory for Wales against the big spending French clubs. We need to find a way of getting away from the culture of players establishing themselves as internationals, and then shortly after moving abroad where the money is. I think there's value in players going away and having new experiences, but we're losing lots of players, for potentially long periods, and that is definitely going to hurt us (what with Gatlands preference for extended training camps).
