“Lifeless pitches", “Batting paradise"... That is all I’ve been hearing before and since this series began. So called journalists, and cricket experts continuously keep thinking that Pakistan will post a total of 550+, and England will reply by scoring 650+... Well I don’t think so.
This is what I predicted to happen before this series began, a lot of people thought we’ll have 2 or even 3 drawn matches, it don’t seem that way now. England have bowled extremely well with the new ball, they’re getting dangerous swing & nip with the ball, as they did in the previous Test, along with Gul & Cheema. Plus, the old ball is spinning, a lot more than the previous Test, but no these pitches are “Lifeless"...aren’t they?

Well there aren't any demons in the pitch, but it's not a batsmans paradise in the sense that you'll see run rates of 3.5+.
It shouldn't be surprising that modern batting lineups struggle to show the patience to build big scores on these pitches, but it is nonetheless.

Same here.....I had 2 - 0 to England, but can't say I am disappointed in being proven wrong just the same.....Pakistan 1 - 0 up is healthy for test cricket even if the chest beaters don't think so........

Sydney... Well before the series began I'd thought Pakistan would win the first game, be their typical selves in the 2nd Test & lose... then make changes, i.e. bring in Umar Akmal, Junaid etc.. and win the final game.
So to answer your question, 2nd test. Though, Junaid is playing in this game, it'll be interesting to see how he performs.
