I think it's fair to say that most people were surprised to see England give Pakistan such a drumming after the recent test series/ England's poor ODI form & England's general struggles in these conditions.
Will the toss prove pivotal in deciding who wins the game?

hafeez,ali,younis,shafiq would be the right top 4 for pakistan. Or, shehzad for ali?

I for one think if Razzaq was playing in place of Rehman, there'd be no problem... But he's fine playing in the BPL, yet he says I haven't recovered properly yet.
I say only make one change, Rehman out Azam/Malik in. That's it.

As usual i was right, win the toss you should win the game, chasing under lights is always going to be hard, but judging by pakistans batting, im starting to wonder if they'll win a game. Why isnt razzaq playing?? Oh and england batting can improve yet...swap K.P for Keiswetter in the order and that will improve us no end. KP performed the best in the south african one day series lower down the order, i remember england keeping him back to give him the freedom of attacking lower down the order, hes playing with too much responsibility at the moment and should come in at 6 IMO. I dont know whose bright spark idea it was to promote him all those years ago but for me, theyve ruined a potentially great batsman...comparisons were even made to VIV! stupidly i know but the potential was always there.

Dropping Cook at 20 odd cost us so that why we need a more conventional keeper and i'd take Kamran back just for that reason.
Knowitall I agree this game was crying out for Razzaq to finish the game off but he's busy playing in the BPL instead. Next game we need to drop Rehman and bring in Adnan and I might even drop Gul who's been shiiite and bring in Hammad Azam.
