I don't mind a game of league with a 12 - 10 scoreline at all....to be honest I would prefer that then 42 - 36 scoreline.
A high scoring game to me is similar to a game of basketball where it's a matter of who is in front when the whistle blows and the excitment level reaches a high in the last few minutes where a dour game can still have end to end attacking footy, it's just the on-line defence is much better.
There has been to many rules over the years to make the game faster, all it has done is turn big ball playing forwards into speedy second rowers who can mix it with the centres.
Super League is more exciting than the NRL
