I believe that the majority of undiagnosed back pain is from having weak dysfunctional glutes

Carrying to much fat too
‘I left for myself,’ said Bertrand, speaking at the launch of EA SPORTS FIFA 18.
‘I wanted to feel like a footballer. I didn’t necessarily feel like a footballer at Chelsea. It was emotional in terms of Chelsea being the club I had been at since I was young and taken part in one of their most historic moments. There was the emotional attachment but from a football perspective it was a no-brainer. When I was there, whenever I did get the chance to play I never felt the full support to relax and enjoy my football.
‘The times I did play it was like an audition. And that is never healthy.
‘As a young player coming through you want the club to be stable enough to say, “We trust in you, go out there and play”.
‘You don’t want to make a young player feel on edge. I wanted that consistency — and for people to judge you they need to see you consistently.

Veiled attack on Costa?
On Morata, Conte said: ‘He’s a really good guy. It means, if you have a daughter you’d be open to have this type of person with your daughter, to marry your daughter. A really good guy, a polite person.
‘I know Alvaro well, he’s a really good guy, a good person, and a good signing for Chelsea because Alvaro is only 24 years old.
‘I like him because he’s a complete player and also he has a lot of room to improve in every situation, tactical, physical, technical aspect,’ Conte continued.
‘He’s very committed, his behaviour is always fantastic. He is a very polite player — I like this — and also I like that he’s a good finisher, he feels the goal in every moment, and always understands which is the best position in the box to receive the ball.’
Unveiled attack on Conte
‘No. I never wanted it to happen this way. I have a special affection for the people at Chelsea.
'I'm not going to let the image of what I did at Chelsea be tainted by one person. To a certain extent they also made it easier because they were happy for me to leave.’

Be more specific
I think we have to beat Stoke and we need at a minimum a point at home to City.
A defeat at AM is not the end of the world tbh.
He thinks we can't beat City or atletico
I assume Costa can play agst us in the CL ko stages?

That makes a lot of sense, but you need to be something very special to get that at the elite clubs nowadays.
You need to be cut from a particular cloth to pull on the shirt of an elite club as a youngster, not feel the pressure of the 'audition', and not let it get to your head when it does go well.
I think it was Mats Wilander who once said something like, "getting to the top is the easy part, the tough part is staying there".
We hopefully only need to take 2/3 points from our games agst AM and then 4 points from Roma to get through.
We may actually be set up better to beat AM away than at home given how they set themselves up.
I can't see Fab getting a look in for the starting line up agst AM away, probably the case for the home game too
But then again Conte will need to rotate so i may be wrong on that
