Bailey’s apparently great and we’ve been linked with him for a while.

Translation:

I would like to thank Maurizio Sarri for his precious dedication to football in Naples, which has allowed us to give the city and its fans prestige and emotions all over the world, creating a model of game admired everywhere and by everyone. Bravo Mauritius.

Sidibe is rubbish. No good defensively.

Who would you recommend if we went to a back four in the full back positions?

Only Azpilicueta and Palmieri can really play there. not sure Zappa, Moses or Alonso can.

Out of those I’d back Moses to be most successful as an orthodox RB.

Wonder where Conte will go.

Azpi would be a solid RB. He’s improved going forward in recent seasons. Moses is also a brilliant defender so he’d be a good back up option.

I’d sell Alonso for big money and bring in a back up or competition for Emerson.

Michael Ballack could make a surprising return to Chelsea in the coming months.

The former Germany and Chelsea footballer is in line for a director of football job at the Stamford Bridge club.

Chelsea are adding the position as an attempt to create a liaison between the club's first team manager and the rest of the board.

The club have been without a technical director since Michael Emenalo left for Monaco in November. Now they believe that a director of football role would fill that gap perfectly.

Ballack is among the names being considered, claims the London Evening Standard.

He always had fond memories of his time at the club. In an interview five years ago, he said about Chelsea: "It was a really successful and cool time. London is a brilliant city."

Other names being considered include Juliano Belletti - another former player - and Luis Campos, the Lille sporting director.
