to be fair he's really really good for Belgium all the time and they play similar to us

because i was thinking the same as pretty average for man poo but they do play garbage football

I can't comment on Belgium as i never watch them but i just can't imagine Sarri ever accepting a player with such poor quality of touch and sketcy tactical awareness into his setup, people may cite to give him giving Morata a chance but for all Alvaro's many faults he has natural talent and good tactical awareness which is minimum requirement for a manager like Sarri.

Lukaku is miles better than Morata

Still rather have Dzeko as #1 choice tho but Lukaku wouldn’t be a bad signing

Giroud is fine as back up, Morata needs to be binned tho, maybe Roma or Inter could be duped into him + cash for Dzeko or icardi

I prefer giroud to lukaku for the football we play.

Dzeko would have been great,getting too late now.

I would say a fully on form Morata is better than Lukaku but his confidence issues means we will never get that version of him often enough to benefit sadly.

For all the Lukaku vs Morata talk it ultimately turns out we were both outdone by Arsenal in the striker market last season, Lacazette looks streets ahead of both.

For example the Morata that played away to Stoke, Leti and home vs United is well beyond anything Rom is capable off.
