Regarding Pains comments I'm sure a lot of sides thought they were ahead of us at the beginning of Contes season. We aren't the easiest team to pin down in terms of where we are because of the consistent upheaval

I don't think Liverpool thought that. On that occasion you were reeling from a Jose meltdown and we finished above you with a poorer squad if we're being honest.

We finished above you last season but this time we genuinely outperformed you in the league and in Europe.

We are currently above Chelsea on merit with quality and quantity in the squad to match Chelsea's.

Perhaps it was too much to say we've overtaken you but we are at least shoulder to shoulder at this time despite the fact we've had far more work to do.

I don't mean to wum or be controversial but Sarri might be having a honeymoon or Chelsea could 'pull a Conte'. You've started well, but I think you could possibly begin to suffer when the boat gets really rocked.

I'd be surprised if CHO sees a single minute of first team football this season. And if RLC isn't starting tomorrow's game then he needs to leave Chelsea. Loan or sell with buyback, it doesn't matter. The best thing for him at this age is just to be getting solid minutes on the pitch.
