Hudson-Odoi is set to make a decision on his future in the coming days, with Chelsea growing increasingly confident he will commit his future to the Stamford Bridge outfit.

With Bayern Munich offering £35 million ($45.3m) to take the teenager to the Allianz Arena and with first-team opportunities hard to come by, Hudson-Odoi had been pushing for a move to the Bundesliga champions.

According to Calciomercato, Inter have beaten Napoli and Chelsea in the race to sign Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella.
The Italian will turn 22 years old on February 7th and has agreed to join Inter in the summer.
In return, Suning will pay €40M in fixed transfer fee plus €10 in bonuses.
The same source says that this deal will be completed in the coming days and then Barella will join Inter next summer.

Going well then the hunt for Cesc's replacement, both our targets to be bought by other clubs.

Good. I'll be pleased if no more midfielders arrive (and Sarri doesn't get his way), no need to spend stupidly on what will essentially be backup when options already exist in the squad that can play that role.

We have currently 4 midfielders who play - Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic and Barkley.

RLC = injured, not sure how long.
Drinkwater = AWOL
Ampadu = rarely plays unless it's FA Cup or EL group stages.

Think we need another one to replace Jorginho if he was to get injured and plus he needs a rest after his performances of late.

It is a chance to save ourselves £30-40 million though and just give Ampadu a chance in midfield.
