Yeah why not although I think they're going to go with a younger actor than Affleck, someone in their early 30's. Maybe Armie Hammer.

I watched the Green Lantern with my son last week... Such a bad film.

Yup it's a mess isn't it. What did your boy think about it ? Just wondering if the awful cgi and plot wouldn't have bothered kids as much.

And did you recognise Mark Strong in Green Lantern? Probably a role he'd rather forget. Although he did recently come out and say that his Green Lantern movie should be accepted as part of the DCEU. So maybe he isn't that ashamed of it lol.

I keep meaning to watch List City of Z, been on my watchlist for ages. Pattinson could be alright I suppose. What about his co-star in that movie Charlie Hunnam ?

Yup if done right it could be brilliant. Warner Brothers were going to try again with a Green Lantern Corps movie but that seems to have all died down.

They may well do it eventually. I'll be very surprised if they don't. It's a shame that Green Lantern isn't a Marvel property as they'd do a great job with it based on what they did with Guardians of the Galaxy, Infinity Wars, Thor Ragnarok etc.

DC should be doing all they can to tempt Bale back as Batman.

Nah they should leave that trilogy exactly where it is. And in my opinion it wasn't Bale that made that trilogy great it was Nolan. Not to mention Ledger's performance in the second movie of course.

If Nolan wanted to come back and continue that saga then that's a different kettle of fish but I'm quite certain he's done with it.

Hopefully Matt Reeves gives us a new trilogy worthy of some comparison to Nolan's.

I know the Nolan trilogy could be described as overrated at times but it’s hands down the best collection of superhero films. I loved every single one. Such a shame Nolan won’t ever come back to it.

Amber Heard is pretty mediocre, in the sense she is pretty and mediocre at acting.
