Bournemouth are probably the most attractive side to watch outside of the top 6. Not Wolves.
Bournemouth do have good style of play but seem so inconsistent in defence. But probs the best non-top tl6 team I’ve seen against us play their way out against our press. Their ‘big’ signings have been up and down (Ibe, Solanke such a waste of money) and seen a few fans think Howe’s too loyal to the old guard (the beige players in their squad like Francis and Cook, Surman who’ve been with them since football league)

One of the things I find interesting about Bournemouth and the fact they try to play ball-on-deck, is that they must have one of the most English squads in the PL.
Seems to me to be much more by design than by accident considering that it would probably have been easier and cheaper for Howe to shop around the traditionally more technical footballing countries.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him replacing Poch at Spurs when the latter moves on.
Yep, seems like the ideal replacement for Poch. Probably the right club for him too, will most likely have a tight budget, quite a few English players so it'll be familiar to him.

And Wolves have been very impressive, from winning the Championship last season to straight away being the best of the rest side in the PL this season in 7th place up until now with the likes of Jimenez and Neves looking very good. And Moutinho finally coming to the PL and looking like he's been here for years already. All credit to Nuno Santo.

I can't believe that. We're just in a time where foreign managers are favoured.
The likes of Shankly, Ferguson and Clough would probably struggle to even get one of the top jobs if they were around now instead.
In fairness to Cloughie I'm not sure he ever actually landed one of the big jobs unless you count about 40 days at Leeds or whatever it was
But we've had some great British managers over the years, they're just not in vogue at the moment which is a shame as it means they don't get the very big jobs and a chance to show what they can do.
Fergie would probably never even have made it in the modern era. He wouldn't have been offered the Utd job to start with and even if he was he would have been sacked for lack of success in his first four years.
