Been with my fiance for 3 and a half years now. We started speaking on Tinder (yes, I know) spoke for about 3 months then had first date and never looked back. Got engaged after about 15 months. We had our first kid on the 12 April, he was born 7 weeks early and spent 4 weeks on emergency life support in two hospitals, I had to leave my job because of it as couldn't get that time off to be at the hospital and support girlfriend after emergency c section. Doctor said son had about 30 percent chance of surviving c section and girlfriend was 50/50, makes you appreciate loved ones a lot more. We got our son home just over a week ago now though and happily on the mend.

A relationship will only work obviously if you want one, some people enjoy their own company and often even in a relationship, you want your own space still
Some people just enjoy that more
