Is Kepa good at goalkeeping? I really like him and genuinely wouldn't swap him for basically any other keeper but I have no idea if he's actually good at goalkeeping.

Alisson the best overall imo, De Gea the best at shot stopping assuming this year is an anomaly.
Kepa has the best passing figures I think, including long range passes. But his xG conceded numbers have been below average all season.
Personal feeling was that his shot stopping improved a bit near the end of the season, but don't know if the stats bore that out.

I believe so.
Ederson's figures are probably ruined by his 80 yards lumps to try and get a City player straight through on goal.
- Weak hands and can't catch a ball.
+ Can play out from the back.

I mean the short passes he plays. He's good at that. Doesn't panic like Courtois.
We overpaid by like £40m. We really were desperate at that time.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
On last season performances i'd go:
Allison > Ederson > Leno > Kepa > De Gea > Lloris
Allisson and Ederson don't really have any weaknesses and they do all parts of their job to a high standard
De Gea is a monster shot stopper, but average at everything else, but he saves so many points you can look past it
Leno/kepa/lloris are again good at all things but at a lower standard than allison/ederson

It doesn't mean his long passes are as decisive as say Edersons are

Kante is 8 for me and Luiz 7
Kepa has been a 7 for me. Hes been tidy enough and looks good enough to keeping for us moving forward.
I assume some will knock him down purely for the final antics
If feel if hes only scored a 6 hes been a bad signing and we should look for another
Should say in my mind no player that's only on a 6 over the course of a whole season should be in our first team
I'd give Kepa a 7 as well. Hopefully over the coming seasons he becomes more like a consistent 8. Think we should be allowed to expect that given how much we paid.
