I genuinely think there's going to be riots if Boris is elected as PM, I've never seen a candidate so hated by the whole country getting the job like this.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Disliked for sure, but I don't see evidence he is "hated by the whole country" .
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m just going off social media and most of the papers. He’s pisssed off so many people in his career

Duncan Castles also says Sarri is pushing for Jorginho...

considering they have Rabiot incoming, Ramsey incoming...

plus Khedira, Matuidi, Can, Bentancur and Bernardeschi it seems a bit much.

Good point.

Gazza, what do you think of Jorginho?

Is Ramsey going to get games ahead of Pogba and Pjanic? Seems a strange move imo.

Who knows?

Can Real afford Pogba?

Probably not until they offload Isco, Marcelo and Bale. Which will take a while as they have big wages and poor seasons.

Oh and Kovacic isn't going to fetch their £60m asking price.

npe I quite like him. He works incredibly hard and always wants the ball no matter the situation (two characteristics that I potentially irrationally value in players). He's also surprisingly scrappy. Though I'm not entirely sure if what he does really contributes all that much.

Going to the soccer aid game tomorrow since it's at Stamford Bridge. Didn't realise it's a late kick off and district line is out of order

Npe I have a question about no confidence votes.

Let's say Johnson becomes PM. Attempts to renegotiate the withdrawal agreement, fails and comes back in September and declares that we're going no deal.

A no confidence vote is then called and won. We have the 2 weeks under the Fixed Term Parliament Act and no new government is formed. So now it's October and the UN has no government and imminent election. How does no deal by default not happen in these circumstances?

The UK wouldn't have a government to agree an extension with the EU? It's even more complicated if Parliamemt is dissolved very quickly after the no confidence vote.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh sorry, just missed this my bad.

I think the EU might unilaterally extend the window to include the election that would happen after no PM is found in the two week window. I am pretty sure they can extend it unilaterally.

Because the likelihood is by October Labour would be going in with a second referendum pledge, and us staying in the EU probably remains their favourite alternative to the deal being passed.

The real answer is that Johnson may be dealing with a confidence motion before he even goes to the EU for talks. Grieve, for one, seems prepared to leave on principle if Johnson gets in to office.

Eurgh our kit next season is terrible, orange on the back and garish graphics. Who designs these things?

Havent like a single Nike kit yet, they seem to give us all their crap designs and the good ones to their preferred clubs.

Last home kits I liked were 2016/17 and 2013/14, both adidas.

And even our away kits bore me this year, no fun yellow just a bland all white number.
