Also personally I'm a bit wary of this let's bring a bunch of legends back approach. I'd rather we were trying to be innovative and appointing people with bold ideas on how to find value in the transfer market.

The last manager that we didn't overhaul our coaching set up for was Jose (and even then we let him appoint 3 assistants within our existing set up).

It's pretty standard that we give our managers free reign to appoint their guys.
