Deschamps does not think the issue is a serious one and Kante should be back available soon. 

'I made the decision [to pull him from the squad], because maybe it could get even worse. I knew Moussa would be ready,' he said.  

'I do not think it's too serious for Kante, but I do not have an answer about whether he'll play against Turkey.  

Clearly Frank Lampard will have been concerned about Kante given his importance to Chelsea and Deschamps also had a slight dig about the Englishman's interference. 

'Lampard had asked me not to pick Kante at the last break,' he told a press conference.

'If that's still the way I'm going to call him later to tell him it would be nice if you play Olivier Giroud a little bit!'

Giroud is a bit deluded. Does the guy not realise that he's only still here because we had a transfer ban ?

Also he didn't "win" against Morata and Higuain as he puts it. Weird way of looking at it as well.

Giroud's goalscoring record in the PL since we signed him is crap. So why does he think he should be playing instead of a striker who has scored 8 goals in 8 PL games already this season ?

I don't think that means what it seems to mean at face value, Supe.

He goes on to say "You do not have to be fatalistic in certain situations. I have always been respectful and humble. Even if I do not agree with the coach, I do not criticize him. But in myself, I cannot accept it because I know what I’m worth on a pitch. Last year, when I felt that I deserved to play, I asked the coach for explanations."

I'm not fluent in French, but at least in Spanish the verb 'aceptar' can be quite nuanced, one of them being willing to settle/plump for something - i.e. it doesn't necessarily have to be in the outraged sense of "this is unacceptable/intolerable".

I'm no fan of Giroud's, but it seems to me that, judging from the context, that's the angle he's coming at it from. The very next sentence could be loosely understood as "I refuse to be resigned to my fate".
