My ideal window would be:
Christensen, Alonso, Pedro, Giroud out.
Ake, Chilwell, Sancho, Dembele in.
But that's unrealistic.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd add zouma to that list and bring in koulibally
Would rather Zaha than sancho

Zouma?
Hes been our best CB so far
One thing we can be sure, the transfer rumours will go up 10 fold now

Yep...this is wrong
He's been our best in a generally horrific defence
Needs improving arguably none of them are any good
I wouldnt call it horrific
If you go young in defence though you have to expect some errors
Wenger talked about not wanting to play young CBs at all (Thuram specifically I believe) because a few bad errors might effect them mentally for the rest of their careers
Frank clearly doesnt feel that way. Was fine for Terry to play that young too tbf
zouma is fine for now but long run we will need to get rid, not yet though.
Terry had Desailly tho tbf
And terry has some of the best mental strength of any footballer i've seen.
I dont think Thuram was particularly weak minded either tbf
Wenger was just overly paternal to his players
"Leicester City is delighted to confirm that manager Brendan Rodgers has signed a new 5 and a half contract!"
Perfect Jan would be to clear deadwood complete
Barkley
Pedro
Alonso
Giroud
Bats
Christiansen
Zouma
Willian ( needs to go although been decent )
In
Koulibally
Zaha
Dembele
Chilwell (if we need to)
Haaland (why not if he has 20m release clause)
Might upset the balance at bit but man would we be a strong side and wouldn't hurt the development of our yoof
Would be a good Jan in that sense
Have a feeling Zaha already done and we could use willian for dembele

Only one winner.
Let Pedro go now if he wants
Keep Willian til summer
Bats to stay if he wants to as well. Wont find a better striker to sub on really unless we try and find a Jesus type back up who can play wing too
How you getting on on this years Football Manager mons?

"Leicester City is delighted to confirm that manager Brendan Rodgers has signed a new 5 and a half contract!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In other words Fck off Arsenal
Good for Brendan guaranteeing himself more money while it's going so well
Frank on the transfer ban reduced: "Now we know. The club was working towards that. It is a positive outcome for us. It allows us to look at the market going forward."
Frank on transfers in January: "It wasn't something to discuss at length until we new the decision. The club have been working away."
Asked about Chilwell, Zaha etc: "there are no absolute answers."
Lampard on transfers: "If the club feel there are positions we can strengthen then we would do. That's what all big clubs do. This is why people expected less of us [because we couldn't sign players]"
Frank om injuries: "Tammy is good, he hasn’t done much inbetween games. Toni has had a good week of training. Tomorrow comes too soon."
Transfer market a challenge?
Frank: "A challenge, yeah. The one thing I felt that when you come into a club sometimes players you bring in is key to that. Going forward it is something that I will bring to the club. It won’t just be myself. I have a very open discussion with Marina. It will be a challenge and hopefully we will get it right.:
Frank on type of targets he would want: "It is important who we bring in but it is important to keep the balance of the squad right. I don't see it as 11 players but 20 plus men. As a manager, I need to ensure we go in the right direction."
