Yeah I think that really good run we went on has raised expectations probably unrealistically. If we finish top four we'll have done well but with Spurs and Utd winning games now it's going to be tough. Still I didn't expect us to finish top four at the start of the season.

I would say the same about us too though, in that every game, whatever the result, we look capable of conceding at anytime. Conceding at an average of 1.5 goals per game is not an indication of a team likely to achieve consistency over a full season.

Add to that Spurs have a new manager now so you can discount their previous bad form as that was under another manager's watch. It's early days but under Jose they look a different animal and with their excellent attacking players very well placed to go on a decent run.

CHO has unfortunately suffered from hype too much hasn’t he, the expectations on him are massive. I was one of many who certainly contributed to that hype. Not helped by him signing such a massive contract, coming through at a time we were desperate for a youngster to come through, him being linked with Bayern for so long.

If you look at him as a future world class winger who is wanted at all the big clubs and who is Sancho/Mbappe level he falls well short, even if he’s just 18. If you look at him as a good young winger with PL-level potential he’s fine. He is probably more of the latter at this stage which most young wingers are.

Think Frank should have rotated a bit. Certainly surprised that Christensen and Azpi still started and it is quite harsh on Tomori he has been relegated to 3rd choice as AC is back. Perhaps he wanted to ‘settleM on a first XI but a feeling he played Chris and Azpi for the sake of it, almost.

Suffered also by playing hardball with the club. He has more to prove than others because of that.

And as others have said Zouma at LCB just isn’t working. I’m pretty sure AC is comfortable playongbon the left, bit of a strange decision.

I don't expect the most from him already. I DO expect SOMETHING. I've seen nothing.

He’s played the equivalent of about 6 full games after a serious injury, and he’s only 19. He has 4 assists, with most of those being quite important. He has shown something. Needs more time and fitness

Yeah very harsh to be too critical with Cho. He came back from that injury sooner than he was expected to. Just look at Ruben still out with the same or similar injury. Cho will come good in time, no doubt.

He needs to use the likes of Bats more than he does. Barkley too probably. Players like Pulisic and Tammy are being overplayed if anything. Mix it up a bit.

Well Lampard is still unsure on his best defence so I'm not surprised that there's been so much rotation. Though I really hope he ends this Azpi at LB experiment. Genuinely hurts our attack but also defence. Emerson may not be the strongest defender but his willingness to drive the ball forward and bomb on the overlap helps pin back the opposition winger (as well as providing another outlet to our attack). Azpi doesn't have the tools to provide anything close to that and it's starting to get a bit frustrating that Lampard hasn't realised it yet.
