He shouldn't be playing there, Frank is crazy if he thinks it works.

Just confirms what we already know. Signings are required. Players are likely to be leggy as a similar team starts most games.

I was for Mount or Jorginho

All a bit meh. Around 75 min I actually thought we were doing ok, and were keeping Brighton at arm’s length. We also created some decent openings in second half. After around 75 mins that’s when Brighton really got us under the cosh.

I think a lot of games this season maybe aren’t down to tactics, just down to inexperience, nerviness, lack of ruthlessness. I think today’s one of those days, and something I think will/can improve over coming months/years.

In games like this though where we are the stronger team I’ll always prefer left footed Emerson or Alonso over Azpi at LB.

CHO’s easy turnovers are something he has to cut out especially as his role is now impact sub. It led to chances against Arsenal, happened countless times against Soton and today led to their goal.

Jorginho was also awful at the end of that game, gave it away every time he touched it.

Should've been Kovacic for Jorginho. Taking Mount off gave the initiative to Brighton

It should be stated that Jorginho and Kante have been crap for quite sometime.

Jorginho seems to struggle a lot in periods of dense fixtures (easily gets exhausted), whilst Kante just doesn't seem to fit a team which look to pass the ball.

Positive - Kepa was excellent. Arguably his best performance for us, several excellent saves.
