Quite keen on Mertens as a back up actually.
As long as if we're not paying to much to get him in Jan with his contract expiring in the summer.

Its frustrating not signing anyone. We look short of goals and and whilst I've long had a problem with Kepa as Nick will verify I we need to take the weight off Tammy and also have an alternative to him to keep him on his toes and act as back up should he get injured, Like the Arsenal game last week. Hopefully behind the scenes the club are doing a deal otherwise I see this as neglectful. This should've been sorted in December when the club had an idea the ban would be lifted.

my 2 cents -
cmf obviously cares. Obsesses over peoples posts about him. Notices when havenites sign onto the site (odd). Wants to know if one clicks on his copy and pasted links (odd claim of ownership over something he create and probably has no way of telling who did or didn't). Fighting with his lame persona he came into only relatively recently and wanting to be here amongst Chelsea supporters as shown be his instant return. Problem is he cant admit defeat so basically has thrown in the towel. Plant the cant out of pride now. Another one bites the dust.
Emerson really needed to step up. He wasn't going to get a better chance than this. Sure the injury was unfortunate but it wasn't an awful one. I feel like hes blown it and likely wont become what I thought he was going to be in a great attacking LB.
So Cmf came back fully rehabilitated then
Lille and Torino have made offers to sign Chelsea baller Tariq Lamptey at the end of the season.

I didn't expect us to find anyone appropriate in this window, so no I am not surprised. I think I the Jan window is notoriously difficult, and I am happy if we dont sign anyone tilm the summer.

Shock horror. For what it's worth I can live with him on the site, kinda got used to him. But I do understand why others prefer him banned. But he ain't gonna change, so temp bans are pointless.
