We got Newcastle next in the league and they've got so many injuries to defenders and Wilson will be out too.

All of their CBs are showing as injured or doubtful - Lascelles, Schar, Fernandez and Clark.

We should score 9

They’re also in form, red hot and it’s Newcastle who fackin love beating us

Steve Bruce has humiliated Chelsea at the Bridge twice before, which means for all his bumbling mediocrity I try not to underestimate him.

He was Sunderland's manager for the 0-3 right?

Yep he was also Wigan manager when Heskey scored in the last minute at the Bridge in 2007/08. A result that cost us the title.

Anyone ever seen the weather on bbc news? Do they deliberately put your area as one of the weather locations? Cos I find it odd they always pick mine out of all the places in Essex

How much of a leveler do you think it is to play in empty stadiums?

I was wondering if it benefits the players of lesser teams in that they have fewer lapses in concentration playing in empty stadiums. No distractions from the crowd, home and away.

I know many argue that the lesser teams are disadvantaged in losing home support, Sheff United cited as an example, but I am not so sure.

I dont think crowds should be discounted at all. We've already seen the drop in energy and performance since they've been gone. I think it's a huge factor yet difficult to gauge accurately how positive/negative they can be.

I do believe a good crowd can drive/inspire a team to play out of their skin. At the same time, an away team could be affected negatively if they do not have strong mentality. I'm so glad crowds aren't allowed. Remember how much it impacted us when they came back for a bit? And that was like 12 people.
