I dunno Hitman. I have Uncharted 2, it got VERY repetitive with the shooting. Looking for something with a few more puzzles and a little less action.

Oh right, can understand what you mean.

Try prince of Persia, assassins creed, final fantasy.

Personally I think the next gen consoles have been poor.

I don't like the uncharted series. They're okay, but nothing special.

The best game I have is either batman or GTA IV, but I don't play on my ps3 that often.

Try both Braid and LIMBO. Both can be downloaded from online.

The latest Final Fantasy was extremely poor I thought. Especially compared to previous titles.

You really can't go wrong with Skyrim but it is so very very massive that you won't see sunlight for a few weeks if you do buy it.

I hate puzzles in games

Why?

Tbf it depends on the game... i dont mind a game if it's specifically about puzzles

But i find it breaks up the flow of action/adventure games

Difficult to find the balance but when they do it's wonderful.

I like a few puzzles. Such as the the massive statue thingy in Uncharted 2 where you had to put all the pieces in the right position.

I agree with the Hitman also. NExt gen gaming is rather poor on adventure games. they have them all massively complicated. gone are the days of your raymans, tomb raiders, crash bandicoots and GTA VC/SA

So am I just gonna have to buy Assassins creed then? any recommendations for which one? i hear there are loads of them.

Also, what about Mass Effect 3? Read the blerb on it, looks interesting (not played it before).

Amazing although I would recommend playing all 3 in order if you can as each game has different possibilities depending on how you play through each one. Different decisions, different experience.

Cheers RtM. I might buy the first one after exams. Does it have a good storyline?

Not sure... tomb raider kind of lost it after the last revelation.

Any one of the Uncharted trilogy. In my opinion, and most others, it blows tomb raider out of the water.

I've never played either of Mass effect or mass effect 2, but grabbed a copy of 3 on a mates reccomendation, and have been completely hooked for the last couple of weeks. It is seriously addictive.

Not much in the way of puzzles though, so if that is your bag then you might not be that impressed - but personally i'm loving it.

You can't buy the first Mass Effect for PS3. You can get the second one though and there's a short run through of the first that allows you to make all the major decisions in the game. Great game though.

Robin, the Tomb Raider Trilogy is a HD Remake of the original games. Worth buying as its is 3 games (All with trophies) for under £20.00.
