I just think if a deal was allegedly signed weeks ago with new owners / investors there is no way we would be signing the players we have signed over the last few weeks. The statement from ER was that they (investors) had the resources for the "long term future of the club"
Most of the signing will not be here for the long term because of age.

Saying because a player comes from a crap club he is himself a crap player. Some players that are not doing great at one club , could be a different lad at another, different manager, training regime , setup, team mates etc etc
