Yes you can win multiple Gold Medals in swimming, but to win 8 Gold medals in 8 days in Beijing was just phenomenal.
If Usain Bolt, wins the 100m and 200m again, then moves up to the 400m and then gives the long jump ago also, then we know who it would be then.
That is not yet written, but until then Mr. Phelps gets the greatest tag for now
