I'm guessing Cavani.

The Spanish Heskey and the big I am certainly won't be bringing the title back, thought you were after Hulk?

Messiah..........

Just shows what a crazy price we paid for him, and has effectively cost us 100m.

We stopped going for Hulk a while ago because Porto slapped a 40m price tag on his head.

My choice would be either Lewandolski, Llorente or Jovetix.

I've put on twitter today I cannot believe, we would have let this deal happen without being certain more players coming in.

Risky though!

Could do worse than pinching Adebeyor off spurs, levy would be raging

We need someone, but.... I'm not sure it was Hulk anyway. Yes he's looked great etc, but our Premiership has this habit of 'finding out players' whom appear class for other teams or in other leagues.

What about Falcao - weren't you linked eariler in the off season? Atleti will still sell if silly money is offered.

Silly money being over the 40M mark, but that's far better value for mony than Hulk at that ptice.

Yet, the manager will take the blame

Do you think City would do business with us?

I would want us to stay away from players who rely on other people to help them score. eg Poachers. We need a striker to either link up play or create his own goals.

Athletico paid £36m for Falcao. It would take alot to get him. I agree that a striker situation is not ideal. And the Moses deal.....well I just don't understand it.

I'm a Cavani fan though, so I'd still like us to go down that route.

Lewandowski would be the cheapest striker we could buy and also the youngest meaning he can only get better

To get rid of him,probably
But we'd throw Wayne Bridge in as well to help dressing room harmony
