Cazorla and Sagna are world class. Off the bench Theo is world class but apart from that he isn't. Wilshere, as he was in 10/11, was very close but not quite. Koscielny would be considered world class in La Liga but still has to learn to deal with the more physical elements effectively here. Vermaelen isn't world class, but by god is a leader. Podolski is nowhere near as it stands, but he can get there.
