This was the season we kne we’d struggle more in the league with other teams improving and with being away from whl. But we had to win a trophy this season and improve our form in the top 6 away games and we simply haven’t done either. Unless we win champions league we have to just hope we don’t lose kane, Toby and poch in the summer

Spurs were shockingly bad, and Poch did nothing to change it. Right from the off out could see how poor Trippier was, and he left him on for the whole game.

It was pretty apparent during the week when we struggled to beat a poor Brighton side and relied on two fluke goals to win

Sane was the biggest factor, we show no threat wide whatsoever

Players need to look at themselves. Dembele awful. Dier is a joke every single time he plays in CB. Trippier is pathetic against any good team. Tbh the team just is not up for it this season

The manager has to sort himself out. Against any top team away, he is totally out of his depth.

I remember us losing at City 4 - 1 in 1967, City went on to win the League Title

On a positive note, Vertonghen, Rose, Son, Kane, Eriksen gave them something to worry about.
They doubled up on Son.
I didn't think Dembele was that bad.
Why Trippier was preferred to Aurier is beyond me.
Trippier was beaten for speed every time.
But the really weak link in the middle was Winks.
He didn't belong on this pitch.
And that gave them the midfield space to run at our back four.

That said, if we hadn't given away that first goal, it might have been a different game.
