It must be nice having Kane. Nothing made me happier seeing shearer who loved the club banging them in. Means that little bit more having one of the worlds best as your own.Son looks good too.

Yes Shearer shades it for me too, the best center forward I've seen in my time.

I mean i was a bit too young to see him at his peak but the way he changed his game maybe shows he had more to him but Kane is improving at an incredible rate. Love watching him

Only tiny concern and i admit it is small is that he lashes out at a player after he's lost the ball has had a few yellow challenges that with a continental ref may have been red. My only concern regarding him leading the line for England but also got no reputation as that kinda player so hopefully would get benefit of doubt

Quite possible that Kane is better Shearer and will gain the stats to prove it. But any Englishman who watched football during most of the 1990s will regard Alan Shearer as a true legend of the game. The thing is Kane hasn't been about as long so it's tough to grant him legend status as one the greatest. Conversely, that he's doing what he does at his age and in such a short time period means he could achieve even greater things.
