Ndombele has been a passenger. Doesn’t look to have the fight for this one.you think adrenaline of the occasion, but he look lacklustre in that half.

We’re still in the game tho. He some pace on, stop pincing around at the back with and we could nick another goal. It’s not impossible. Choker that Son is out but Lucas can hurt them. Next goal is vital; we need to start the second half up at them and full of concentration. Concede before 55mins and we’re facked. Keep it at 2-1 til the hour mark and you never know. A point would be great.

Most of our players have been passengers to be fair. No movement off the ball, statues and the amount of backward passing is far too often. City play forwards with impetus and pace. We have no impetus rather impotence

if this was a one off against City it would not be a problem, but we all know in the next month, Spurs will also roll over at the Emirates and Anfield. Poch's record away to the big boys is disgraceful.

No pressing, no pace or width, way to much respect and space being given to City ( obvious out ball to Stirling not being pick up ) and, once again, trying to win the "most passes across the back four" trophy

Much more urgency in the press and way more attacking ambition needed.

Imagine watching that objectively poor first half and picking out Tanguy ndombele as the problem

We could nick a goal Ace, but no way in a million years are we not going to concede again. To get anything out of this game will probably need about another three goals.

Fair enough but Bale had drive and pace and could’ve take a game by the scruff of the neck and change it

I’m not saying take him off. I’m just saying he was missing... but yes spurs have bigger issues.

I could point out 6. I just felt, as a new lmayer hwo none of us have ever really spoke about, that I would scrutinise his performance as I felt it was bad. He will cost us £60m or whatever so think its fair.

Ndombele has been here 5 minutes though. Most players take a little while to settle, give the bloke a chance.
