A lot better performance against ordinary opposition, but we still gave away too many chances and a better team like Pool will have taken one or two of them. We are still not looking tight enough defensively for my liking.

To be fair all teams give away chances. You can not expect the opposition to have no chances. There was however an improvement and a clean sheet will hopefully boost their confidence a little bit.

Na there was definitely at least three times mate. He was all right today and as previously said it was a mature performance in ways, but he really really needs to sort out his sloppiness. His passing can be way off and he holds onto it far too long which leads to him being dispossessed too often

Not awful but the ones he does give away are so simple and when we’re in good positions, that’s what’s annoying. Also want to see less flickers His movement and positional play was great today though, should keep his place v Liverpool

I know there were only a handful of away fans and BT said before ko it would be far from full. However there weren't many empty seats visible on the tv.

Good Afternoon Gents
Finally a Win midweek, the performance was better then it has been too.
Having said that our away form has been dross so the signs don’t look good going to Anfield. That being said I think we’re good enough on our day to beat anyone. The head says a draw would be brilliant but my heart wants a win.. COYS!!
