True. He's actually put himself out a bit.

Step 1 before we can win games and sign any new players is to encourage the players, get an arm around them and re-instill some confidence. After that better results will come and squad changes made.

Problem is we don't have a manager who has ever done step 1 in his entire career. We need to do a Watford here and bullet this dinosaur Jose
