I thought Kane worked hard & tried to hold the ball up well.
His game now is us hitting balls up to his head and him fighting to CBs for it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yeah seeing him battle massive CB's long ball after long ball is so facking $h!t
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Its great mate.Just think of that Carling cup we might win.

The article states PSG and Barca are talking to his reps.
As predicted Jose has destroyed the squad to a level they are now fighting
Unbelievable that levy would hire him.
Some of the worst football I’ve ever seen at the club and I include the mid to late 90’s. At least then we had ginola. Plus there was an atmosphere at the old ground.
Spurs are dead.
Jose has destroyed the squad

Christ. Hyperbole much?
Yeah we're chit but at least they look like they care now. It's funny, listening to Eriksen talk after he left the mentality at the club was shot to bits. He sounded relieved to be getting out.
But that doesn't fit with the narrative, right?

If this is the prevailing mood I'm glad they're not letting fans in. This is what toxic looks like, this will be the death of the club. And it's not the fault of the Spurs manager.

Every action causes a reaction.
Bunch of facking babies.
I swear Poch getting sacked has actually broken grown men.
Funny thing is I loved Poch, like everyone else. But people are acting as if we sacked prime SAF and replaced him with Tim Sherwood.

Yeah, we’re f*cking 8th in the league mate and 9 points off the CL places. But you keep celebrating mediocrity and Jose’s winning mentality.
What are you on about? We were 14th when he took over. You're broken.
And you’re f*cking deluded.
Please show what I've said that demonstrates that.
we were closer to 5th than we are now when Poch was in charge
There he is with the narrative.
Mourinho was a terrible choice. Everyone could see it other than Daniel feckin g levy.
Now we are a shambles with an overpriced dinosaur manager serving up some of the worst football I’ve seen at the club
Now they’re fighting each other too in international television
Saying “we were 14th is somewhat disingenuous” considering we were only like 3? Points off 5th I believe at the time.
A good way to look At it is- since Arteta has taken over at Arsenal they have picked up more points than us. With a worse team, with a worse squad, playing more exciting football, using more youngsters and it is his first managerial job.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
Spurs are still closer to 14th than 5th at the minute. Mourinho has spectacularly failed to get away from that big, mediocre mid-table pack despite having most of a season - and a transfer window, and an extended mid-season break for tactical drills - to get the team playing how he wants.
I don't know how long he supposedly needs but if it takes him, what, 8 months and that's still not enough to get a preferred lineup in a coherent shape, then... Well maybe he's just not a very good manager any more?
I’m trying to be open minded about Jose but I don’t really see the point. We’re sacrificing quite a lot of different things (especially player/youngster development/satisfaction) to roll the dice and gamble on winning the Europa league. I don’t often feel this down after a win.
That's exactly it - from my perspective, everyone knows it'll only last 3 years absolute tops, because that's the longest he's ever stayed at a club. And Levy is hardly going to give him a reason to stay longer if he even wanted to.
I mean, I don't understand why he was Levy's choice in the first place, but as it is, I really don't see the point in persevering when we all know it won't work long term. Might as well just cut losses and try to bring in someone who might be able to build something under Levy's restraints. Why delay the inevitable.
Levy has abysmal trophy haul as chairman. Brings in available manager desperate for work who has impressive trophy winning record. fails to see the bigger picture and think, oh this might not be the case at our club because my head is as far up my arris as Jose's is and i wont give him the players other chairmen have to work with.

And this is why you are fan and not a chairman. You have to give a new manager time and at least two windows to implement their philosphy.
I for one am looking forward to next season.
Well, there's several reasons why I'm not a chairman. But equally I like to think I'd have realised Mourinho and Spurs were not a good match and I wouldn't have hired him.
Time will tell I suppose
