I'm a bit weird I actually meow to cats when I see them outside, it's only polite! The first time I meowed to a cat it sounded so realistic the cat just stop and stared at me. I hope I didn't say a rude word in cat language coz the cat actually looked quite shocked! Lol

Former Everton and Arsenal striker Francis Jeffers has admitted sending his wife menacing messages on Whatsapp that left her "fearing for her life".

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said the 38-year-old, of Croxteth, sent the messages on 30 May after suspecting Lucy Jeffers was having an affair.

Reed, 38, won gold at three successive Olympic Games - Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016 - as well as at five World Rowing Championships.
