Openly stating he ‘doesn’t have the answer’ has given the owner no choice - he either wants to resign or is asking to be sacked - but surely coming out with such a statement, he’s admitting he can’t do anything else and doesn’t know how to go about changing things

Former Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas says "all the signs lead to" Dele Alli leaving the club.

Alli, 24, started for Spurs on Thursday in their Europa League third-round qualifying clash against Shkendija but only lasted 60 minutes.

He had been left out of Tottenham's previous two matchday squads, against Southampton and Lokomotiv Plovdiv.

"I don't feel like it's one that can be reconciled, I feel like it's a parting of the ways," Jenas said.

Joao Pedro's goal was enough for Watford to beat Luton in the first meeting between the rivals in 14 years as the Hornets maintained their unbeaten Championship start.

The Brazilian forward, on his 19th birthday, converted Ken Sema's low cross from close range less than a minute after a James Collins shot struck the underside of the bar for the visitors.

The lack of fans at Vicarage Road took away much of the intensity from what was a hotly anticipated match.

It's not how he would have dreamt it. Thiago Silva is the first outfield player to make an error leading to goal on their Premier League debut since Issa Diop for West Ham versus Arsenal (August 2018).

Grease 2 is a 1982 American musical romantic comedy film and the sequel to the 1978 film Grease, which is based upon the 1971 musical of the same name by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. Originally titled More Grease, the film was produced by Allan Carr and Robert Stigwood, and directed and choreographed by Patricia Birch, who also choreographed the first film and the Broadway musical. It takes place two years after the original film at Rydell High School, set in the 1961–1962 school year, with an almost entirely new cast, led by actors Maxwell Caulfield and Michelle Pfeiffer in her first starring role.

The film was released theatrically in the United States on June 11, 1982, and grossed over $15 million against a production budget of $11 million. The film, now known for being the breakout roles for Pfeiffer and Christopher McDonald, was otherwise poorly received, with Grease co-creator Jim Jacobs (who did not have any involvement with Grease 2) particularly displeased with it.

Rangers kept up their unbeaten Scottish Premiership start as they put five past a lacklustre Motherwell at Fir Park.

Doubles for both James Tavernier and Cedric Itten, plus a goal from Jordan Jones, put the gloss on an emphatic performance.

A late George Edmundson own goal offered the hosts little consolation.

The win stretches Rangers' lead at the top of the table to four points, having played two games more than Celtic, who host Hibernian later on Sunday.

As for Motherwell, the defeat drops them to ninth on goal difference.

Lewis Hamilton's quest for the all-time record of Formula 1 wins was put on hold when he was hit with penalties at the Russian Grand Prix.

Hamilton's Mercedes team-mate Valtteri Bottas dominated after the world champion was given a 10-second penalty for doing two illegal practice starts.

Hamilton's transgressions put him on the verge of a one-race ban because of accumulated licence penalty points.

Bottas' win means he cuts Hamilton's championship lead to 44 points.

Tommy Rowe's second-half finish teed up victory over previously unbeaten Sheffield Wednesday and maintained Bristol City's 100% start to the Championship season.

The Owls, whose 12-point deduction for breaching financial rules means they remain bottom of the table on minus eight points, edged a tight first half of few chances.

But City played with greater tempo after the break and were rewarded just before the hour, Rowe skilfully sliding the ball past Cameron Dawson from Chris Martin's cushioned header.

The Robins, who go joint top of the table with Reading after three matches of the new season, remained in control after taking the lead but both sides still struggled to create openings.

Kadeem Harris had the best opportunity for the visitors but failed to make a clear connection with a tricky bouncing ball.

City wrapped up the points in injury time, Jamie Paterson cutting in from the left and curling a shot into the far corner.
