I can remember when Ernest Saunders was sent to prison when the former British business manager, best known as one of the "Guinness Four", a group of businessmen who attempted fraudulently to manipulate the share price of the Guinness company. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, but released after 10 months incarceration as his doctors and family told the Establishment he suffering from Alzheimer's disease which is incurable. As such he was released and within 3 weeks he made a full recovery. The only man ever in the history of the disease to recover....Yeah!!...if you say so.

Just watch PC suddenly become fit and well again as Wigan visit Oakwell next week. Big business, Court appearances and ''illness'' as the basic defence is all too easy to fake when your liberty is on the line....and you have the dosh to pay the best defence money can buy. PC knew that right from the off.
