If you notice the past lives of these terrorists case by case you'd be surprised to learn they are crooks, drug addicted dopes and fackedup in their brains before becoming religious and commit the crime.

Basically, we can't stop an individual becoming a crook but we can stop them going towards mass killing machines only if we are allowed to ban the preachers...
