As for the game yesterday, I really didn’t think we played that well. Spurs weren’t good either, but they won the game. What makes it frustrating is the fact that we fielded near enough our strongest available XI and still lost. We hit the woodwork 3/4 times and Micky missed a ridiculously easy chance, but at the end of the day, Spurs were more clinical and defended far better then we did.

And to top it off, the biggest ccunttt in football Dele Alli has to be the one to secure the game would rather Kane scored against us (as usual) than have that priick score.

Monreal, Cech and Koscielny are all finished. They all need to be binned. It is becoming increasingly obvious they are in their 30s because they are playing like OAPs.

But tbh, we won the main NLD that mattered a few weeks back anyway. I just hope this is a blessing in disguise cos we can’t cope with fixture congestion right now. Focus has to be PL and Europa. We need to win games and win games comfortably.

None of these bs team selections. And I hope we get a couple of players in Jan even on loan for depth, if nothing else.

I think the fustrating thing about yesterday is the way they score. Two feckin easy goals. One ball over the top and that is it, like an early Xmas present.

One is Monreal's mistake and the other was Koscielny's mistake. Wenger's old guard....
