Xhaka has destroyed my confidence. I was coping with Mustafi's mistakes through the season but that collapse after Xhaka returned from injury was crushing.

The steak sucks up the juices

1. Coat the steak in oil
2. Put in a hot pan
3. Season the board with pepper and garlic (and whatever else you want but not salt)
4. Once steak is cooked transfer to board and cut
5. Mix with the seasoning
6. Sprinkle rock salt on top

Try it before you knock it
