Unai Emery has concerns over Konstantinos Mavropanos’ development and does not view the 21-year-old as a ‘credible option’ for Arsenal this season, according to reports.

I think he just doesn't rate youngsters. Will not give Chambers, Bielik or Mavropanos a chance but will happily start Mustafi. One could argue that if Kos was fit at the start of last season, even Holding would have had limited playing time.

Not having left someone in Europe for any potential deal closing or making is very amateurish.
Maybe Raul had a very good senior team at Barca but he need to realise (quickly) that things are different here.
