One of the worst finals I've ever seen. Senegal were dreadful. Both teams were tbh, but I expected more from Senegal considering they'd conceded in the 2nd minute and never looked threatening for the entire game.

Amazing, isn't it!
I understand levels and all that are different but if a young player can be voted player of the tournament, MOTM in a final or player of the season, especially if these are young players, then surely there is something in them.
It should be about the coaching team to try to get the best of them.
If we were City or Chelsea who can just write off a player, then I could understand. But in one hand we claim to have no money and on the other hand, we can develop and improve our players
We could've saved a fortune or made a fortune from Gnabry, Bennacer, Jeff, Malen etc but got about £4m for them all
Was Gnabry not voted player of the season......for Bayern?!

Sounds like another good showing from some of the academy lads last night. Burton seems to be catching the eye.
Only concern is how much playing time Mustafi is getting out there. Worse still how every game is riddled with potentially costly mistakes by him.
We have to be buying a new CB, surely?
