Honestly I dont care if we loan players for a season. If loans help you to improve and reach your targets it's okay.
Leno
Bellerin Saliba Holding Tierney
===
Is that a good back 5 or not?
All are fairly young, even Leno in goalkeeping terms. They're all fairly quick, all decent on the ball (not sure about Tierney).
That remains to be seen, Tu. Can't say anything about Tierney or Saliba. Very young players and not experienced on higher international levels. We have to trust our scout system.

The Herald: Monday night’s strategic leak that #AFC had flounced away from the negotiating table over Tierney and taken their ball with them suggest a club who have had few dealings with Peter Lawwell before.
The Herald: Celtic put their cards on the table with the fee they want for Tierney from the first formal note of interest from #AFC. Anything else that offers the sun and the stars and all on the never-never wasn’t going to wash with a club who don’t need to sell.
The Herald: Tierney would never be the type to agitate if the move does not come off. If Arsenal were hoping that Tierney might throw the toys out of the pram and help tip the move, it was a dubious strategy.

Can someone tell me why we have always had more left backs than right backs at the club.
The RB position is always normally occupied by 1 player whereas LB is always covered by 2. For many years we had sanga as the only real Rb option and now Bellerin.
Our RB situation is far more worrying than the LB. Only my view.

bale getting £1m a week
why cant we ship ozil out to china too?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because Bale is a greedy money cuuuut who dont care about Football anymore.
Özil want to play on a high level. China move later....
Orny confirmed we are getting Pepe. Just shiiiiting myself in my pants.
Really don't understand this faux shock / surprise / disgust over Bale going to China, whether it's for the money, or whatever.
Footballers play football.
The least important word in that sentence being 'play'.
It is their job. For many of them they are lucky in that they love their job, and are greatly rewarded for doing it. But it's still just a job. Athletes paid by a business to provide a service of entertainment and, hopefully, financial growth.
That we as fans have a different perspective on the sport, the clubs we support, their shirts, stadiums, history is of little consequence to 99% of footballers - and probably rightly so.
So why then all the vitriol at a guy, probably from a working class background, wanting to earn as much money as possible before he either chooses, or is forced to retire?
B... b... b... but HE COULD'VE HELPED SPURS REALLY PUT ON THE PRESSURE NEXT SEASON!
Oh right. How selfish of him...
Don't do that GT, it's unhygienic

okay still a concern....
But Pepe at Arsenal excited me more than Zaha
So wait... Pepe predominantly plays wide right, not left?
Maybe we're still in for Zaha then?!
