France Football reporter @Nabil_djellit indicates that Tottenham will pay €16m to sign Giovani Lo Celso on an initial loan. Expected that there is an obligation to buy for €60m.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And they laughed at us paying a loan fee for Ceballos.
This window is finishing up just swell.
A lot of money for Lo Celso indeed
Bit odd when his best performances come higher up the pitch
Once place spurs don't need him is as a forward

If that's true, we'll have generated £15m this summer from players that never played for us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well thats a change from letting top players running down contracts.
Think the biggest change was players like Kos moaning they couldn't get their way anymore. Thats the best sign.
Players should be grateful they play for a club like Arsenal and not that we should be in their debt because they chose us. Subtle but vital difference. We got our pride back.

Funny how the Arsenal are jubilant and saying North London is theirs because Dybala deal could be off?
How deluded is that club? Their manager looks and sounds like a Spanish sardine seller and their captain left them in a hurry with a video of him taking off pretty quickly the Arsenal top
Man Utd: No plan B for replacing Lukaku.
Oh dear
Arsenal have had a very good window. Better than most of us could've realistically dreamt of.
Spurs' looks to be underwhelming - at least judging by the opinions of the posters on this site - but they still have a very good squad.
This summer is more about us than them though.
7.5/10 window for me.

Love to see it
I'd give it a 10/10 vs my expectation of the window before it opened
Dayot Upamecano skipped training yesterday.
🤔
I guess I should really give it a fully rounded 8/10. I mean, possibly even higher than that, based on what I thought we'd be able to do back in May.

Broken ankle can do that.
We still have a Xhaka problem so 7/10.
CBs this season:
Sokratis
Holding
Luiz
Monreal
Chambers
CBs next season:
Upemecano
Holding
Luiz
Saliba
Medley
Something like that?
Don't we still have Mustafi? Sokratis will still be around next season.
Feels weird actually looking forward to us playing away at St James' Park

If he goes this window, I'd call it a 9/10 for sure.
“I don’t know why Arsenal fans want Wenger Out! He’s the only reason top players join that club... once he leaves they fall straight down to mid table as no top player will want to play for them without Wenger”
I remember seeing this comment a few times when we had Wenger lol

Looking forward to next season now, should be a good one.

Aye. Even the dressing room must feel so boosted. Players love big name additions.

When the starting XI includes Mustafi, Xhaka, Mkhitaryan, and no Laca, Torreira, Cellabos or Willock
